What UN resolutions has the United States violated?
I have heard that the US is shipping used computer parts to China for disposal, causing cancer to some residents there in violation of a UN resolution. I want to know if that is true, and also if there are other examples of US violations of UN resolutions. Thank you for your help.

Everyone violates UN resolutions. saddam violated 17 of them before the United States actually did anything to them. (Iraq War) UN is a joke, they waste money and dont enforce anything.

Invading Iraq is a current one.

AG Gonzales would know the answer to that except according to some ‘we’re allowed’. Someone needs to inform someone this is not the best policy to follow to keep allies for future need.

You are mistaken; the U.S. has never violated a U.N. resolution. The U.S. has permanent veto power of all U.N. resolutions; if the U.S. didn’t want a resolution passed, it wouldn’t be passed.
By the way, to the above poster: The Attorney General of the U.S. has nothing whatsoever to do with foreign relations or actions outside the U.S. Why don’t you know that?

The US is basically the UN. Everyone sits around and makes up stupid resolutions, then ask us to enforce them. Iraq is legal, btw; you know nothing. We do not need anyones permission to declare war. Congress did, so stop complaining and see victory out. Over 6,000 troops died practicing for D-day. Good day.

I wonder if we broke un resolutions if they would actually do any thing about it, or if they would treat us like all the other countries that continue to break them.

Who cares, the UN is a worthless organization the US should get out of it. The UN needs to be kicked out of the US.
