What song can my friend sing at our wedding during communion?
My fiance and I have been searching for a good song for our friend Tiffany to sing at our wedding and so far we can’t find anything! We’re Christians so we would like the song to have Christian lyrics, but we don’t want it to be hokey sounding! Any suggestions of great wedding songs?

It depends on what type of voice your friend has. Ave Maria is gorgeous and brings most to tears. Beyonce even has a version out that is a little different. Maybe “On My knees” by Nicole C Mullens. “In This Very Room” is a great communion song. I have heard it sung at many weddings (including my own 20 years ago) and it is indeed a very beautiful song. My son actually sang it at our friends wedding during communion and it was very appropriate and well received.

Everything by lifehouse is an amazing song. Slow with a pick up at the end. Its been interpreted by some as a christian song, so its up to you whether you decide it is or not.
