Valentines Day is about romance and love. I am not a guy, but I hope I can help you out. Since this is your first Valentines Day that you are spending together, why not rekindle where it all began. Do you remember where you guys went for your first date and what you were wearing? I don’t care if it was at McDonald’s and the two of you were wearing jeans; that moment was special to the both of you and eventually ended in matrimony. If you can remember, go and purchase him something similiar to what he was wearing and do the same for yourself or wear what you were wearing if you still own it. Create an invitation requesting his presence at where you guys had your first date. If possible, have him meet you there at a certain time. Wrap his gift in a box where it is easily accessible for him to find and attach a message with him asking him to “Put this on and let’s travel down memory lane.” Instead of buying him a card, make him one on a sheet of paper, roll it up scroll fashion and tie it with a ribbon. Let your stroll down memory lane dictate your creativity while you write down your sentiment. Include what the two of you were wearing, how he smelled, how he made you feel upon seeing him and even if you remember him being nervous, shy, excited, funny, etc. You can give this to him at the restaurant or just so he can have a moment to reflect and get emotional, you can leave it with the outfit you brought him. When he arrives, hand him one single red rose with a tag attached to it that read, “We have blossomed into something as exquisite as this rose. May we always bloom forever. I love you, Happy Valentines Day.”

I hope this helps a little or at the very least, leads you in a good direction of a way to spark your creativity. Most of the men will tell you to buy some lingerie or take naughty photos, but coming from someone who is a hopeless, creative romantic who is with a man who loves my creativity and attention to detail, I think your husband will appreciate this more. That’s not to say you can’t end the evening with some naughty unmentionables. (smile) Happy Valentines Day!

Get him a handmade portrait or painting of yourself – in your most sexy appearance. You can select a suitable photo and then send it to http://www.paintyourlife.com and they will create a wonderful portrait out of it – on oil, pencil, charcoal or on canvas. Try it out! It doesn’t cost much.
If you are looking for an affordable gift urgently, the same company also has a studio for oil paintings reproductions. So, visit them at http://www.oil-paintings-reproductions.com and take a look at their ‘stock on sale’.
