To exercise more– I’ve already started this one! 😀 I’m riding my bike around the apartment-village thingy where I live every morning. Then I have to lug the damned thing BACK UP THE STAIRS, so I’m weightlifting kind of. lol. Then meditation 😀 it’s calming.
And I’m going to read more. I already read a lot but I think I could do more. *nod* I’m-a go to the library and hide behind the shelves with some novels and other books. They’ll never find me. >.> lol.
I can do these. :3 Happy New Yeeeeeear~!

Here are mine and how I am doing them:
-Be more selfless and do my part – I have a money box that i’ve filled with loose change and notes over the past year. I’ve decided that I’m going to open it and give it to the cancer foundation. I haven’t had cancer affect my family, but I know it does to others. I think i’ll do the same thing again, but monthly, and give to a different charity each month of 2010.
-Get in touch with myself and feel confident and empowered – I’ve always been quite self confident, but have just gotten out of a very bad break up. It has torn me apart, but I’m going to put the pieces back together with good company of friends and family, and doing the things I love 🙂
– Do something new – I’ve always been very active and exercise 2 times a day, but I’ve always had the fear of doing something new. So guess what, I’m going to get out there and join a team sport.
In general, I just want to look after myself better, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I abandoned myself a long time ago, and am just coming to realise all the things I had forgotton. At least this way I don’t have to say to myself, “I told you so” 😀
Happy New Year!
