“Chastity belts” don’t really work for men because they are easy to get out of unless they’re hands are tied behind their backs (I don’t know if women’s chastity belts are any more effective) except possibly for some VERY expensive ones like this which are custom made:

Although there is one particularly devious design I’ve heard of that I’ve never actually seen sold, it’s the kind of thing you’d have to make yourself; it’s a kind of silk purse lined with rows of tiny pins… think about it and you’ll get the idea. ;-P

Extreme Restraints sell a lot of bondage gear but it’s expensive stuff.

Soft ropes are a good way to start but learn how to tie some knots first, you can buy soft rope from DIY stores; climbing/trekking stores also have a lot of interesting clips and ropes and things that can be readily adapted.

I don’t know if he’s into it (better ask him first… or maybe surprise him) but soft-grip clothes pegs can be put to good use. These are the type you need, the ones with cushioned grips:

I’m sure you can figure out what to do with them. 😀

Another fun trick I know involves gentle slapping… ummm….. I’d better not type any specific details or this lot will get deleted!

Get some of that soft rope and tie his rod and boulders tightly with the rope. Make sure its not pinching anything, but is just firm and not to tight. Then make him take you out to dinner. Keep using your feet to tease him, He will be in heaven. Then when you get home, tie him down and play with his bound equipment some more before removing it and going to town.

If it’s true bondage, the basics are wrist cuffs, ankle cuffs, collar, and leash.

    Cuffs should be soft.

In order of safety, ankle cuffs are basically safe; wrist cuffs risk wrist injury, but that’s pretty theoretical UNLESS you try to make them inescapably tight, or unless they lead to somebody losing balance walking around and/or lying on their wrists; messing with the neck is extremely dangerous if you use force, but OK if you tug gently to make a psychological point.

As for chastity — yes, devices that can’t be escaped even when one’s unsupervised are expensive, uncomfortable, or unhygenic. But many cheap devices can have that effect under supervision.
