Valentines Day idea,,,, Need feedback?

Im 19 he is 18 and we have been dating for 5 months and was wondering if this would be a fun and cute idea??

I was thinking about getting some balloons that said happy valentines day then a cute teddy bear and maybe one of those fun cupon books to put in his truck…. then for a big gift im gonna get him some nice speakers for his truck which are not too expensive

    Well, you know him best. Will he appreciate balloons and a teddy? I think I would stick with the speakers and a really nice romantic card.
