Valentines date rejection ?

Ok my gf did not wanna go out with me 2day I spent $199 on a necklace 4 her at Kay Jewelers and she loved it (she got me tommy deodorant lol) but she didn’t wanna go out with me she had nuthin 2 do and I asked her 2 Red Lobster and a movie any one she wanted (I would prefer a horror movie so she would get scared and sit in my lap and get scared) but is that 2 expensive or 2 cheap?
