Is it OK to send a Valentine’s Card to someone who doesn’t know you?

There is a girl who I like, but she doesn’t know me and I want to send her a Valentine’s Card to let her know that I like her, or let her know that someone likes her until I have the confidence to tell her that it was me who sent it, is this ok?
I also sent her one last year, so this would be her 2nd one, so she should know that she is secretly admired! Anymore Ideas?

Some girls will think its a spineless thing to do, some girls will think its very sweet. If you feel it, go for it… it never hurts to tell someone you care about them, even if you don’t get what you want out of it in the end. Spread the love man, spread the love.

do it do it do it do it! i would…well id be sending it to a guy…..but you still get my point. i think ti would be really cool if you sent her a card but instead of your name make it a secret admirer. if i had a secret admirer id be in heaven. but if you want to put your name on it. i just think that an admirer makes everything more mysterious. good luck ^-^
