Is it bad to set up a Christian and an Atheist for a Valentine date?
when they have so much in common as far as everything except their core belief system?
Do you think it will really matter?
They both love Hootie and the Blowfish, they both love the same kind of pizza, and they both play the same instrument. Plus they are both super cute and nice and both love to dance.

Set them up and see how it goes. If religion is really a problem for them then they’ll work it out.

That depends on how devout her beliefs are – I’ve never dated an atheist in my life and it has never represented a problem.

2Cr 6:14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?

It may be bad, but it sure as hell would be FUNNY!
You really think Hootie & pizza are the best way to determine compatibility, while core values mean nothing? Wow, you are shallow.

Its just a date so as long as you dont get into a religious descussion it would be fine. You can have something in common with anyone and get along with them forever but depending on how fanatic they are about there religion it could or could not work out

I think that as long as neither of them try and Push their beliefs or opinions on the other, there’s no reason it couldn’t work out 🙂

No way possible, if it did work out than the Christan is not a true Christan or the atheist is not a true atheist.
