Well from a girls standpoint. I would not have accepted it. If it was the other way around, I would be upset….but…have to remember, who is it that she comes home to at night? If the trust and respect is there….take comfort in that. Maybe she didn’t want to hurt his feelings. If she told you about it right away, she cares enough about you to not have hidden the gift.
