I need an amazing idea for valentines day/my two year anniversery?

My two year anniversary with my boyfriend coming up this valentines day and I was thinking of taking him on a hot air ballon and staying in a b and b that night. I would think that would be incredibly romantic, but need other peoples opinion,or if people have better ideas that would be great too.thanks!!
