omg ! make her baklavah its a sweeet, sugary, and surupy greek desert heres the recipe if you want to …

    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    Cloves
2 lb. nuts (walnut or pecans), chopped
    1 cinnamon stick
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 pt. honey
    2 pkg. phyllo dough

Heat sugar, 6 cloves, water, lemon juice and cinnamon to form syrup. At boiling, add honey, mix and let cool. Chop nuts medium fine. Using melted butter, brush in coating in 2x12x24 inch pan.
Layer pan with 5 sheets of phyllo, and brush each with butter before adding another sheet. Spread nuts in pan, add 2 layers of phyllo, buttering each. Repeat this process 3-4 times. Save 4-5 pieces of phyllo for a crust, using butter with each layer of phyllo.

Cook about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until toasty on top. While still hot, pour cooled syrup over all, serve after 6-8 hours in 2-inch squares.

hope this helps – good luck ! =)
p.s. and maybe get her roses and candie heart shaped chocolates around the plate the baklavah is on ??

    =)
