How long after you lost your mucus plug did you go into labor?
I am 36 weeks and I lost my mucous plug yesterday and I am having cramping in my lower abdomen. I haven’t been timing the cramping but they seem sporadic. The do hurt though worse than a menstrual cramp.

i am 34 weeks lost my mucus plug not too long ago. already 1cm dialted. I am having the cramping too its been coming and going but still not close enough together!!

Your mucous plug can regenerate up until your amniotic sac is ruptured, so unfortunately, you could be cramping for a long time before the baby actually comes. I would keep an eye on them though, at 36 weeks you aren’t quite full term yet, keep that baby cooking for another week or two! Best wishes.

That is good one,the cramping don’t sound good you mint need to go to the doctor.Cuz there mint be some stress on the baby.Im only 28wks and they told me I lose my plug already.
