how do i get my girlfriend back without threatening suicide upon myself?

You screwed up. Don’t take it out on her.
People who threaten suicide to keep a partner are abusive. You can’t hold her hostage. It’s not her fault you cheated. If you really wanted to be with her, you wouldn’t have.
There’s nothing you can do but wait and hope. But stop threatening suicide. The end of your high school romance is not the end of the world. Learn a lesson and move on.

Look, I have to give it to you straight, she most likely will not take you back since you cheated on her. It’s a violation of trust. Additionally, I would like to point out that if you do threaten suicide, she will DEFINITELY not take you back, it will just make matters worse.
You need to sit down and talk to her, but realize that you are most likely out of luck.

You cheated and got caught. Your girlfriend left you. It’s over. Deal with it.
You don’t want your girlfriend to be happy. If you did, you wouldn’t have cheated on her in the first place, and you wouldn’t be trying to manipulate her by yelling and screaming and threatening suicide.
