    Don’t. You are probably going to get back to your old habits (it is an animal thing people are not in charge of their emotions and then the actions that follow those emotions), and he is always going to remember that you did him wrong.

    Well some damage isnt fixable.
    but some also is.
    Express to him how sorry you are.
    In person. Look in straight in the face and tell him exactly how you feel
    dont leave out anything.

    It’s better to be honest and tell him to his face how you still feel. But you should be aware he might laugh at you or shut you down completely if your the one that hurt him so much. Personally i think you should let it go because even if you get back together you dont know if he is just getting with you to get back at you for what you did.

    I dont understand why you hurt him if you loved him ?

    you have to realise he might not want to know anymore depending on how you hurt him my friend was hurt badly from an ex and i know he doesnt ever want to see her again i think you lost him and if you were lucky enough to get him back he would be the one to hurt you next time as if would probally be in revenge in the first place , if you love him then let him move on and live his life as happily as he can be sorry but thats my advice .

    Forget about him. You hurt him for many years, he won’t forget how you treated him, and will probably hold it against you anyways.
