    You could say, “I have something I want to do, and it is not with you…ya see I am jerk, and want to ruin your holiday.”

    Be a man and be honest. She might be hurt but she’ll prefer your honesty to some patronising flimsy excuse, if you don’t like her, don’t string her along, she’ll just end up feeling worse in the long run and will eventually realise that in addition to being a coward you are also a liar.
