During my first two pregnancies, the vomiting started immediately. With this pregnancy, I’ve been queasy several times, but haven’t vomited. Hope you avoid the puking. 🙂

everyone is different with morning sickness. I got very nauseous with the first one and then ended up throwing up. Some people just feel nauseated. It wasn’t until I was 5months that my morning sickness stopped but even after if i smelt something horrible I’d throw up even thinking of the smell.

I was pretty queasy feeling for about 2 weeks, but never threw up- never even felt like it. Then, out of the blue (around 6 weeks) the vomiting started with a vengeance. You might just be nauseous for a while, or you might get the full out vomiting. It depends on you.
If it helps, you’re more likely to have morning sickness if- your mother/sister has had morning sickness, if you get sick with birth control pills, or if you’re carrying twins.

It all depends on the person. No one can answer that for you, you’ll just have to sit it out and see what happens!
Anything ginger will help you though, ginger ale, ginger biscuits, ginger snaps, ginger chews, you know what I mean!
Good luck x

Everyone and every pregnancy is different. I have been nauseous with both of my pregnancies and never thrown up (even if it is severe). If you do not actually throw up, consider yourself pretty lucky 🙂 Try to fight the nausea before it leads to the other, if at all possible. I keep saltines on hand – pretzels work too – it is something with the salt. Also, lemon is supposed to help and ginger helps (ginger ale, etc). If you can get your hands on some preggie pops they do wonders. I have seen them in maternity stores in the mall. They contain ginger and the ones that I have had are sour. For whatever reason that seems to really help me out. What else I found that helps keep the nausea down is taking my prenatal vitamins right before I go to bed. Hope that helps 🙂

I only threw-up once during my pregnancy & it was after I ate greasy food, I was slightly nauseous for about 1 1/2 months!
Good luck to you!
