i only met this guy 3 weeks ago, we are getting on great and im sure we will become exclusive soon enough. He said the other day about it being valentines day soon. I took that as a hint, lol

You should do something special especially if you feel he is going to be exclusive for you soon enough. What I would do is a romantic home cooked dinner and candle light. Nothing major but something that will show him that you are that interested in him. Trust me you can’t go wrong with that. Hope that helps.
