Where can I get a cheap value package of Valentine cards at?

I’m giving cards out for Valentines to our closest nursing home in my area and they have over 100 patients. I found cards at the dollar store, krogers, the card and party factory, but the cheapest I can find it is at about approximately 50 cents per card. I dont want to spend 50 dollars trying to get to everyone. Any help, please.
