whats a good valentines day gift for ur bf when you don’t know what he likes?

I just started going out with my bf and I don’t know what to get him. I know he likes cars, preferably ford and that’s pretty much it. He’s smart too and I can’t think of anything to get him for valentines day and I have to wait to ask him but there isn’t much time to get a gift
