What UN resolutions states that if Iraq doesn’t comply with UN resolution then military force would be used?

Now i’m talking about the 1st Gulf war after the 1991 ceasefire. I trying to find proof that military action would be used if Iraq failed to comply? Please tell what name of the UN resolutions and analyze the paragraph where it actually states it that force would be used. Thanks.

The below is as close as they ever get to using the term “military force”:

    2. Authorizes Member States co-operating with the Government of
Kuwait, unless Iraq on or before 15 January 1991 fully implements, as
set forth in paragraph 1 above, the foregoing resolutions, to use all
necessary means to uphold and implement resolution 660 (1990) and all
subsequent relevant resolutions and to restore international peace and
