What occasion is the gift idea most appropriate for? Valentines Day, Birthday, or Anniversary?
I want to take my girlfriend of over a year on a shopping spree with several hundred dollars, but I’m not sure which occasion is most appropriate. We’re University students so it’s not like I can afford to drop the kind of money I’m talking about for all three occasions.

I dont think it should be several hundred. sorry, but thats just my opinion. i wouldnt want a guy to spend near that much on me. maybe something a little less extreme? sorry

I agree with SmallTownGirl. You don’t have to spend several hundreds. Its the thought that counts and you don’t have to wait for a certain occasion. You can do it anytime. Make your own occasion, example “You look extremely beautiful day” or something like that. Then she won’ be waiting for things on the special day.
