What if any is the difference between Ovulation egg white discharge and extra sperm discharging out?
Trying to figure out if I really ovulated the day after I had sex……I’m waiting till the end of this month to buy a ovulation kit (the clear plan one is $200, so I’m putting it off till i’m sure nothings happening this month=)

Ovulation discharge is a bit like egg white, so I’ve been told. One sure way of knowing if it is sperm (this is gross but it’d work lol) is by the smell of it!! Sorry it’s not a better way of telling! Maybe someone else can tell you a more pleasant way 🙂

The ovulation discharge is really stretchy like egg whites. Sperm is somewhat sticky and runny. If you can put the discharge between you thumb and pointer finger and it sticks together and stretches with breaking apart then that is your time for ovulation. Also the clear blue ovulation test for $200 is way too much money for that. You can buy the ovulation pack kits for like 15 bucks for 7 I think. You just pee on them around the expected time of ovulation and that will confirm it. It does the same thing as the over priced $200 thing but a fraction of the price. Dont waste your money, use the ovulation predictor kits. Good Luck!!
