What if you cut out a heart card out of construction paper and have your daughter print it with her hands using some sort of safe paint? You can wash her hands right away if you are concerned. I think this would make it a cute Valentine and a personal one too.

My suggestion would be to make something! My daughter was 8 days old on her first Valentines day. I didn’t want to put paint or anything on her sensitive skin so I made a copy of her foot prints the hospital gave me. I then cut the footprints out and made a special card using scrapbook paper. My husband loved it and still has it to this day. You could also print out a picture of Daddy and Daughter and put it on your own paper. (15cents for picture, 15 cents for scrapbook page) Then simply write on the card that you just made. I hope that helps.
