I don’t know, some friends of mine; a movie star, a professor, a millionare couple, and a farm girl went on a 3hr tour with my buddies Gilligan and the Skipper. There was a storm and the weather started getting rough. They ended up stranded on a desert island for twenty years.

I think enjoying local touristy things is kind of fun sometimes. My husband and I recently went to a city two hours away and enjoyed the local museum prior to a Metallica concert. While we were there we rode the carousel – just the two of us. It made some neat memories. So, if you think the cruise would be special for the two of you and generate some unique memories, it would be a great gift — even if you spend time afterward laughing at the old couple next to you who lost their dentures in their soup!

    Have a happy Valentine’s Day!
