How would you feel if your bf made a comment about your stretch marks?
Bf made a comment on mine and I have been feeling self conscious since then.
He said that those on my upper thighs are noticeable..
Sex has not been good since then, thanks to his comments..
Is it me? Am I just insecure about myself?
How would you feel if your bf said those things to you?

i am not overweight, so i do not have stretch marks. i don’t know how i would feel but i know one thing – if he said that to u he shouldn’t be your bf anymore

Yes, I believe you are insecure, to an extent. My husband makes remarks once and a while that I take very personal and directly to my heart. BUT I am a very insecure person. When I sit back and look at the situation, it’s either a matter of me misconstruing his meaning, or he spoke before he thought of a better way to say something. Either way, I have had to learn to be more comfortable in my own skin. Stretch marks are a part of life, but they are only on the outside. I’m sure, underneath any outward imperfections, inside you have a good heart, and in the end, that’s all that really matters! You have to learn to take little remarks like that with a grain of salt.
Don’t let what he said affect your feelings towards him and your sex life. If he was put-off by your stretch marks, he would not continue to have sex with you. To him you are probably the most gorgeous creature on earth, stretch marks and all!
