How to tighten up your stomach after pregnancy?

Hello my daughter is 19 months old and my stomach still looks like I had her yesterday. Any ideas on how to tighten up my stomach and get rid of the muffin top look it has. I have tried crunches and they don’t seem to help. Thanks in advance.

    Start running. Running works with all of your mucles and works to get rid of fat. Crunches are a great warm-up, but it won’t do anything for that extra fat/skin that’s hanging around. In addition to running, you can try to add a few weights to your routine to help those muscles out even more.

    You’ve got to get rid of the fat layer first to see any results from crunches. My tummy took over a year to get back to normal after my first. Although I had a c-section so things were different for me, but your muscles and skin stretch out to where it’s a lot more difficult to get it back to normal. Just be consistent with you work outs and try to watch what you eat and you will see results eventually

    Crunches and exercise like hell.. Im concerned about this too as I am carrying all baby and weight in my belly. Unfortunately if the stomach is too far stretched it might not go back to being tight as it was and there may be some loose sagging skin. Have you considered buying an AB king? I know for a fact those things are great for tightening up the muscles
