   Avoid him, make it look like your having fun but dont give him any details.

   Dress nice and find some excuse to see him, tell him you have been really busy lately then suddenly find some excuse to go.

   Guys want what they cant have, once they can have it they arent happy with it anymore.

   Altho dont play on that too much because sooner or later they will get sick of it and give up.

   so dont change yourself, there was a reason he went out with you in the first place, so if you dont change or act different then he will see it again. (:
