Best thing you can do is be aloof. You go running towards her now and you’ll just convince her to head to him even further. If she states she has lost her love for you, then remove your love from her. Don’t even leave the door open that you’ll be there when she changes her mind.
Then you wait. And if you’re strong enough and she wises up, she will open the door for you to have a chance. Obviously you’re willing to give her a second chance, but she probably knows that already, and frankly, you need to win back her respect before you win back her love.

Just be her best friend. Don’t pressure her, always be a shoulder for her to lean on and have an open ear for her to confide in. Don’t lurk around seeking opportunity to jump in, just be a true friend to her.

Give it up and stop torturing yourself, you can’t make anyone love you or want you. You deserve better, there’s plenty of fish in the sea. Move on with your life.
