How do I make my website work for all resolutions ?

Okay, so I have a website (www.srilankansfirst.com). My main audience have computers with the resolution 1024×768 and up. I want to know how to make my website work for all resolutions. For example. my competition (www.lankatown.com) makes their website work for all resolutions. I want to know how to do this. Please give me full, complete instructions when answering.

I would really appreciate if anybody can help.

if you made it in dreamweaver, instead of using pixels, use %, make a table or div with 100% width, this will fit any resolution, then simple put ur stuff inside the tabe and done 🙂
