How can I successfully ask my other half to go to Disneyland with me?

I’ve been dating this guy for about 3 months now and I’m planning a trip to Disneyland for a few days in October. Our relationship is very strong and healthy and I really want him to join me on this trip. Since it would take a lot of planning for the both of us, I figured it would be best to bring it up now rather than later. I’m having dinner with him tomorrow and I’m thinking of “popping the question” then. What is the best way to successfully ask this of him without sounding too dramatic?

I would just bring up the fact that you’re going there soon and casually ask if he’d like to come. No big deal, really. Good luck.

… I don’t think any trip to Disneyland can be romantic. Or dramatic.

I honestly don’t see what the big deal is. Just come out and ask him. “I’ve been wanting to go to Disneyland for a while and am planning a trip to go there. I would really like it if you came, but if you can’t that’s alright, too.”

Unless he has some unknown phobia for Mickey Mouse and the happiest place on earth, then you should be fine. Everybody loves Disneyland.

Either directly or you could whine about work and bat your lashes and say you want a reprieve, followed with a “How about Disneyland?”…
