Depending on the family, it could be GREAT.

depending on the family and how well you get along if it were my family it wouldnt work out to many drinkers and nondrinkers. also you need a big house so everybody could have their own personal space and you will have big electric bills but hey if you have all of this and you all get along then the more the merrier and GO FOR IT

We have three here. For six months last year it was FOUR.

Now four is real tricky! No one seemed designated to cook and clean the kitchen but me!

Three isn’t bad, but you do need room. Privacy even if you don’t need it, it’s nice to know you DO have it. Our situation works really well……..especially since I’m the one caring for my elderly mom and my 1 year old granddaughter (just during the day). Things get busy around here at times. But if you need help, you run a better chance of having it close by.

We have my mom, hubby and I, daughter and her hubby have an attached apartment (separate kitchen). Last year my other daughter, her husband and their infant moved in while their house was being built. (That’s when things got a little hectic!)
