Any ideas for quick and easy valentines day desserts?

I have to do a speech and demonstration (kind of like the cooking channel where they tell you how to do something while they are doing it) for my communications class.

The speech can take 6-8 minutes. Does anyone have any valentines themed dessert ideas (no baking) that I could make for the speech?

I was thinking about making a chocolate chip cheese ball if that gives you an idea of about how long something should take to make.

Make your own candy. They sell chocolate lolipop kits that you just melt… mold in platic… then freeze it!!

Ice cream, whipped cream, some sauces, some candies and some chocolate cake or brownies (pre-made).
Now fill a tall glass with it. Start with chocolate cake as the base, then top with different ice creams (you can layer them between squares of the cake). Now top with whipped cream, sauces, and candies.
    Yummy 🙂

i was reading this magazine for making easy valentines dessert and i came across one that only had 3 ingredients and that is really delicious. just combine one cup of mixed berries, 1/4 cup of port wine, and 1 tbsp of sugar. chill it for an hour and enjoy! i dont know if that will take up 6 minutes but thats why you improvise and make up stories. hope i helped. (:
